If you want to add the iem/aud mix to the audio streams of the existing mkv for Paris 26/07/2017 here's a short tuto :

1) Download and Install MKVToolnix  https://www.fosshub.com/MKVToolNix.html
2) Open the mkvmerge.exe programme
3) slide the mkv in the window. You should see 4 streams,1 video and 3 audio. Don't uncheck anything to keep all the tracks .
4) slide this ac3 
https://mega.nz/#!ct132Yjb!bH3tlFFKg9tt5gjRr2z_xkkQFGTPzM35Yc5HKmaf-QE  in the window  ( you can apply it a language in the optionsto find it easily after on vlc or other ) 
5) Choose the future name of new mkv and where to put it on your computer
6) Clic "start muxing"

it should be made around 30sec to 10 min after, if your computer is great or not
Note :
its not a recompression, no losts, just a remux !
